Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our strict returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.

1). Return Eligibility

  • No Returns :  We do not accept returns on any items once the purchase is complete. All sales are final.
  • Exceptions :  In cases of damaged or defective items, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

2). Refunds

  • No Refunds :  We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, change of mind, incorrect size or color selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.
  • Damaged/Defective Items :  If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately. We may issue a replacement or store credit based on our evaluation.

3). Exchanges

  • No Exchanges :  We do not facilitate exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for store credit (if eligible) and place a new order.

4).   Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hansei Store. We strive to provide the best experience for our customers, and we understand that sometimes changes may be necessary. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Window:
  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. Once this window has closed, we are unable to process cancellations.
  1. Non-Cancellable Orders:
  • Certain items, such as personalized or made-to-order products, are non-cancellable. These items are clearly marked on the product page.
  1. How to Cancel:
  • To request a cancellation within the allowed time frame, please contact our customer service team immediately via email or WhatsApp . Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  1. Refunds:
  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  1. Shipping Fees:
  • For orders that have already been shipped or are in the process of being shipped, cancellation is not possible. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  1. Restocking Fees:
  • We do not charge restocking fees for cancellations processed within the allowed time frame.
  1. Exceptions:
  • In exceptional circumstances, such as incorrect or damaged items, please contact us directly. We will review your case and provide a resolution in accordance with our return policy.
